Two ways I work.
Fixed scope, fixed price.

Custom website builds with creative direction, designed to convert and built to rank in both traditional and AI search. Two tiers, same standards. Pick the one that fits the scope of the problem you’re solving.

Tier 1

Core Build

A custom website, designed and built, in 4–5 weeks. Fixed price.

A complete custom build for teams who need a serious site without the agency overhead. Creative direction, conversion-focused design, and SEO + AEO foundations as standard.

Price
$13,500
Fixed fee, split 50/50 between kickoff and launch

4–5 weeks

  • Up to 8 pages
  • Copy collaboration — I shape structure and draft where useful; you supply direction and approvals

  • AEO foundations: semantic HTML, schema markup, content structured for AI extraction and citation, FAQ schema where appropriate
  • Performance optimization with Lighthouse targets of 95+
  • Analytics and search console setup
  • CMS of your choice: Framer, Webflow, or custom React/Next.js
  • Launch support and a 2-week post-launch fix window

  • Ongoing maintenance or retainer work
Tier 2

Extended Build

A larger build with deeper scope, advanced interactions, and more thorough SEO and AEO work. 6–8 weeks. Fixed price.

Everything in Core, with more room. For teams whose website is materially holding back their growth and who need a build that goes further on scope, interactions, and search visibility.

Who it’s for

Funded SaaS companies, growing B2B businesses, established companies whose website is materially holding back their growth.

What’s included
  • Everything in Core Build
  • Up to 15 pages
  • Advanced custom interactions and motion design
  • Deeper SEO/AEO work: topical content architecture, internal linking strategy, AI search readiness audit
  • Optional product UI work for SaaS clients (scoped during discovery)
  • Up to 2 custom integrations (CRM, email tool, analytics stack, etc.)
  • Extended post-launch support window
Search, included

Built to rank in both kinds of search.

Traditional search engines still drive most of the traffic. AI search engines drive an increasing share of the high-intent visits. Both tiers ship a foundation for both, as standard.

  • Technical SEO foundations

Semantic HTML, fast load times, proper meta tags, OpenGraph images, XML sitemap, robots.txt, and structured data markup. The plumbing that determines whether a site can rank at all.

  • On-page optimization

Headline hierarchy, internal linking, descriptive URLs, and image optimization. The decisions that determine how well each page reads for both humans and crawlers.

  • AEO (AI search optimization)

Content structured so AI search engines can extract and cite it cleanly. Schema markup for organization, person, articles, FAQs, and how-to content where appropriate. Clear question-and-answer structures within pages. Authoritative content rather than generic marketing fluff.

  • Measurement

Analytics and search console set up at launch so you can see how the site is performing from day one — not three months in once someone gets around to it.

This is a launch foundation. Ongoing SEO work — content production, link building, and continuous optimization — is not offered.

Process

How the weeks break down.

A typical Core engagement. Extended runs the same shape on a longer runway.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Discovery and creative direction

Positioning audit, sitemap, brand and content direction. Initial visual exploration runs against your real content, not lorem ipsum.

  2. 02
    Week 2

    Design and content structure

Visual design refined. Conversion-focused page architecture finalized. SEO and AEO content structure decisions baked in early, not bolted on at the end.

  3. 03
    Week 3

    Build

Development against approved designs. Schema markup, semantic HTML, and performance tuning are part of the build, not a polish pass at the end.

  4. 04
    Week 4

    Polish and QA

Cross-browser, mobile, accessibility, and Lighthouse passes. Analytics and search console setup. One round of feedback-driven revisions.

  5. 05
    Week 5

    Launch and handoff

DNS cutover, post-launch watch, and handoff docs. Two weeks of bug-fix support is included after.

  6. Extended Build runs the same shape on a 6–8 week runway. The extra time absorbs into advanced interactions, deeper SEO and AEO work, integration scoping, and an extended post-launch window.
Questions

The usual ones, answered.

Which tier should I pick?

Core fits most early-stage SaaS, indie, and small-business builds. Extended is for teams whose website is materially holding back growth — funded SaaS, growing B2B, anyone who needs deeper interactions, more pages, and a heavier SEO/AEO investment. If you’re unsure, book a call and we’ll figure it out together.

Do you write copy?

I structure copy, edit it, and draft where useful — headlines, section connectives, CTA microcopy. Long-form copywriting from scratch isn’t in either tier. You bring positioning, product details, and customer language; I make it land on the page.

What about ongoing SEO?

Both tiers ship a strong SEO and AEO foundation: technical setup, structured data, semantic HTML, content architecture, AI search readiness. Ongoing SEO work — content production, link building, continuous optimization — is not offered.

Which CMS will we use?

Framer if your team wants visual editing with no code. Webflow if you want more structural flexibility. Next.js if you’re a developer-led team or want full control. We figure this out in discovery against how your team actually operates.

What if I need something between the two tiers — or something larger?

Discovery call. We talk through scope. If you fit a tier cleanly, great. If not, I’ll scope it transparently rather than force-fit you into a package that doesn’t match the work.

Can you work in HubSpot or Shopify?

Yes — both are platforms I’ve shipped on. They aren’t part of the default tier scope because most clients I build for don’t need them, but if your stack already lives there, we’ll talk about it.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Two weeks of post-launch bug fixing is included with Core, and an extended window with Extended. Beyond that, ongoing work is available on a retainer or per-project basis.

Not sure which fits

Book a 30-minute call and we’ll figure it out together.

No sales pitch. A working conversation about what you’re building, what scope makes sense, and whether one of these tiers is the right tool.
